Litton have reached a significant milestone at their flagship Riverside Works project in Bakewell, Derbyshire.
A new 20,000 sq.ft. unit of employment space completed in December 2022. The building is pre-let to Devonshire Group and existing site occupier Bakewell Bakery.
Alongside these works the new bridge connection to the A6, Buxton Road was completed and opened in early January 2023.
Devonshire Group will occupy the building to support the Chatsworth Estate retail enterprises.
Long-standing occupiers Bakewell Bakery are expanding into a new facility which will be fitted out with a state of the art bakery including a new non-gluten baking area.
Both occupiers are currently undertaking their own fit out and plan to take occupation in the early spring.
Litton are now planning the next phase of development on site at Riverside which is reserved for the further expansion of an existing occupier.
